Poommaytha Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 and proudly served as a trusted main contractor for over two decades. With more than 100 completed projects in Bangkok and surrounding areas, the company earned long-standing partnerships with leading real estate developers — most notably Land and Houses Public Company Limited. Specializing in the construction of sales galleries, clubhouses, swimming pools, and community facilities, Poommaytha built a reputation for quality, reliability, and on-time delivery — forming the foundation for what is now 23 Estate.
What We Carry Forward
In 2023, we launched 23 Estate to expand beyond construction into a full-service firm — offering interior design, renovation, and real estate development. While the brand is new, the expertise, standards, and team remain — now with a broader vision for the future.
